“There will always be mixed messages about diet and nutrition in the media because the advice given is generic, where as people are individuals with different needs. Let the Nutrition Expert tailor a nutritional plan for you and help you develop the tools to apply it.”

Welcome to

  • Do you have difficulties with control around food?
  • Do you use food at times to cope with difficult feelings e.g.  bored, lonely, ashamed, anxious?
  • Do you find it difficult to loose weight or once you have lost it keep it off?
  • Is a lot of your self worth governed by what you eat or how much you weigh?
  • Do you suffer form gastrointestinal discomfort or bloating after eating?

If the answer is yes to any of the above, you may have disordered eating or even be one of the estimated 1.15 million people in the UK suffering from a diagnosed or still undiagnosed eating disorder (B-eat, formally the Eating Disorders Association).  Due to the complexity of these disorders and possible co-occurrence with other disorders, experts agree that treatment should integrate physical monitoring, psychosocial and nutritional support.

I have training and expertise in both the psychological and physiological/medical components of issues with nutrition and health. This enables me to give my clients bespoke insight, information and the tools to bring about and maintain a positive change; empowering them to feel more in control.

Having worked as a registered dietitian for many years in most nutrition related medical fields, combining both NHS and a popular private clinic, I am currently the lead eating disorder specialist dietitian for West London NHS services (WLMHT).  I specialise in the treatment of the following areas:

  • Control with eating and weight.
  • Binge eating.
  • Anorexia nervosa.
  • Bulimia nervosa.
  • Weight reduction.
  • Diabetes.
  • High cholesterol.
  • High blood pressure.
  • Poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
  • Gastro-intestinal issues (IBS, IBD).
